The Real Challenge
Why Most Junior Golfers
Struggle to Improve
Even With Lessons
Most junior golfers practice a lot. Many compete year-round. But what often gets overlooked is how their growing bodies directly affect their swing, consistency, and long-term health.
As kids grow, their mobility, coordination, and strength change – sometimes quickly. Without proper movement training, this creates a frustrating cycle: more lessons, same problems.
“We believe junior golfers should enjoy playing the game – not constantly battle their bodies.”
Swing Inconsistencies
Growing bodies change faster than lessons can compensate for, leading to an unreliable swing even after hours of practice.
Performance Plateaus
Without addressing physical limitations, skill development stalls - no matter how talented the golfer or how good the coach.
Overuse Injuries
Back, hip, shoulder, and elbow injuries are increasingly common in junior golfers - most caused by repeated poor movement patterns, not a single bad swing.
Burnout & Frustration
When a young golfer's body is the limiting factor, the game stops being fun. We help remove that barrier before it costs them their love of the sport.
The Membership
What is the Junior Golf
Fitness Membership?
Age-appropriate, assessment-based training that supports your child’s development without overloading their schedule – whether they’re new to competitive golf or already playing at a high level.
Proper Movement Patterns
We teach squatting, hinging, rotating, pushing, and pulling the right way – at the right intensity for each athlete’s age and development stage.
Injury Prevention During Growth
Growth spurts create vulnerability. Our programs proactively address the mobility, stability, and strength demands that keep junior bodies healthy as they develop.
Strength, Balance & Coordination
Foundational athletic development that carries into every sport – and builds the stable, powerful base every efficient golf swing requires.
Supporting Golf - Not Replacing Lessons
This training gives your junior’s golf coach a better body to work with, accelerating the skill-building process and making every lesson more productive.

Benefits of junior
Golf Fitness Training
For Junior Golfers
For Parents
Training that supports long-term goals –
Including scholarships
For families with competitive Juniors, this training goes beyond just short-term performance. It’s an investment in the future. College coaches value healthy athletes who can handle volume, consistency over time, and strong movement fundamentals. By keeping juniors healthy, confident, and physically prepared, we help support the long-term athletic development path required to pursue high school success, tournament performance, and the possibility of collegiate golf opportunities.
While no program guarantees scholarships, preparing the body to optimize its athletic ability can open more doors to playing college golf.

FAQs
Have more questions? We’re happy to answer them at your free strategy session.
What ages do you work with?
We work with junior golfers ages 12 through 19, at all skill levels – from beginners to competitive tournament players. Programming is always adjusted based on physical maturity and development stage.
Is strength training safe for kids?
Yes – when done correctly. Our programs focus on technique, movement quality, and age-appropriate loading. We never use maximal lifting with junior athletes. Safety and long-term development always come first.
Does this replace golf lessons?
No. This training supports golf lessons by helping juniors move better and swing more efficiently – which allows their golf coach to progress skill-building more rapidly and effectively.
How soon will we see results?
Many junior golfers and their parents notice improved movement quality and confidence within the first few weeks. Performance improvements on the course follow as consistency builds over time.
How does this fit with a busy schedule?
Training frequency is determined after the initial assessment. We build around school, golf practice, and other sports – not the other way around. Most families start with 1x per week.
What if my child plays other sports too?
That’s a great sign. The movement fundamentals we teach are transferable across all sports. Multi-sport athletes often see particularly fast improvements because of their existing athletic base.
